| 摘 要： | 政党与民主政治之间的关系有三个环节：政党在民主政治中的地位和作用及其参与民主是研究政党与民主关系的第一个环节；党内民主与政治民主之间的关系是研究政党与民主之间关系的第二个环节；人民或其他组织通过对执政党的监督，从而间接地形成对政府的监督和制约是研究政党与民主政治之间关系的第三个环节。

| Abstract: | There are three links in the relationship be tw een political parties and democratic politics.The first one in the study is the status and function of political parties in democratic politics and their parti cipation in the democracy.The second one is the relation between democracy in t he party and political democracy.The third is that people or other organization s can form indirectly supervision of and restriction on government through supe rvision of the party in power. |
