| 摘 要： | 我部训练基地远离市区,工厂、生活的“硬件”设施落后,加上主观方面的原因,致使我们的队伍在思想政治工作方面存在种种问题。对这些问题的解决,要以理想信念教育为核心,以思想教育为先导,大力开展世界观、人生观、价值观的教育,大力开展“三讲”教育和学习“三个代表”重要思想等活动,健全思想政治工作机制,营造良好思想政治工作环境。
