| 摘 要： | 外国劳动力是21世纪初俄远东联邦区劳动力市场重要组成部分,其主要特点是:东北亚国家的劳动力占有一定的比例,并以技术含量较低的劳动力为主;外国劳动力分布不均衡。俄远东联邦区引进外国劳动力市场前景广阔,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。

| Abstract: | Foreign Labor Force is an important part of labor force market in the federal region of the Far East,its main characteristics are:the labor force of the Northeast Asia countries accounts for a certain percentage,and with a lower level of techniques and an uneven distribution.The federal region has a great potential for importing foreign labor force while there still exist some problems which are not allowed to ignore. |
