| 摘 要： | 影响农村劳动力流动行为的因素是多方面的,其中劳动力文化程度、所处环境、年龄、性别、流动形式、思想观念、家庭结构等差异是影响劳动力流动行为的重要因素。单亲家庭和多子女家庭、初中文化程度劳动力对推动农村劳动力流动行为的产生具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | There are many factors affecting the flowing of rural labor forces. Among which the low educational level, the actual living environment, the age, the sexual distinction, the form of the flowing, the ideological concept and the family structure are the most important elements affecting the labor forces' flowing. Besides, one parent families, families with one or more children, families with the labor forces who have received junior middle school education, and families with several labor forces have played an important role in pushing forward the flowing of the rural labor forces. |
