| 摘 要： | 卧底侦查时间一般以6个月为限,随案件复杂程度增加可以适当延长。卧底侦查审批程序设置应满足卧底侦查复杂性与时效性的要求,简化审批层级,统一、集中审批主体并细化审批程序。通过细化卧底侦查审批内容可以有效实现卧底侦查的目的。设置相关风险评估因子,为卧底侦查审批提供内容保障,对审批内容进行规制则是对卧底侦查动态控制的保证。

| Abstract: | The appropriate time limit for undercover investigations should be 6 months,which can be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases.The settings of approval procedure for undercover investigations should be in conformity with the complexity and timeliness of the cases.Therefore,administrative approval procedures should be simplified,major approval departments should be unified and approval requirements should be detailed.The detailing of approved contents can contribute to effective implementation of undercover investigations.The settings of risk assessment factors guarantees approved contents of undercover investigations,and the regulating of approved contents guarantees the dynamic control of undercover investigations. |
