俄罗斯与东北亚天然气合作

俄罗斯是世界天然气资源最为丰富的国家,其远东和西伯利亚占全俄土地面积的3/5,地处东北亚。东北亚是21世纪天然气消费增长的主要地区,同时又是能源相对短缺的地区;东北亚国家俄罗斯、中国、日本、韩国、朝鲜在天然气资源、资金、技术、劳务方面有很强的互补性,具备合作条件。但因为还存在一些问题,所以长期以来东北亚天然气合作的进展并不顺利。

Cooperation between Russia and Northeast Asia in range Natural Gas

Russia is a country with best profuse natural gas resource of all over the world,its region Far East and Siberian hold almost 3/5 of all Russian territory,and they locate in area of Northeast Asia.Northeast Asia is main area in rising consume of natural gas,at the same time there doesn't have enough energy sources;There are countries such as Russia,China,Japan,South Korea and North Korea in Northeast Asia,they have very strong complementarily and good condition for cooperation in range of natural gas sources,fund,technology and labours.But due to some problems,so cooperation of Northeast Asia in range of natural gas does not get along with.This article tries to analyze and discuss foretime,present and future of Northeast Asia cooperation in range natural gas and existent problems and solving ways.
