| Abstract: | In order to perfect the judicial identification system, it is very important to straighten out the relations of relevant subjects, regulate the relevant activities and make the judicial identification playing its role speculated by law. The ethics of expert witness is an indispensable part of these methods available. China＇s reform of the judicial identification system started in 2005. Both the research and construction of the ethics of expert witness are just at the initial stage, so it is necessary to make a systematic and detailed research. |
