重大危险源分级技术的研究

摘    要:本文结合《关于开展重大危险源监督管理工作的指导意见》(安监管协调字[2004]56号文),将重大危险源分为化学品重大危险源和非化学品重大危险源;并介绍了国内关于重大危险源分级的各种方法,指出了静态分级和动态分级的优缺点,针对动态分级,提出了分级指标、分级档数和分级界限三要素,并给出了确定的方法,从而为重大危险源的具体分级及深入研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Major hazard installation are divided into chemical major hazard installations and non-chemical major hazard installations with "on launching major hazard installations supervision and management guidance" (On the word of supervision and coordination [2004] No.56); And this paper introduces the domestic various methods of major hazard installation classification, points out advantages and disadvantages of the static and dynamic classifications, gives the methods of the dynamic classification indicators, classification stall number and classification limits, so provides theoretical basis for the specific classification and further study of major hazard installations.
