| Abstract: | Now, the situation of university students' employment is rigorous. This phenomenon reflects not only problem of employment difficulties in society, outstanding contradiction of employment construction, but also some problems of university graduate students themselves. This paper try to analyze many factors related to university students' competition abilities of employment comprehensively and objectively. And the employment foreground of university students is also estimated. |
