论社会转型期街面“飞抢”犯罪的成因

城市流动人口增长、就业渠道收缩、利益分配不均等招致怨愤情绪的累积，教育缺失、社会不良风气影响等造成个体自律意识的薄弱，这些社会转型时期的矛盾与问题共同构成了“飞抢”犯罪形成的主客观原因。因此，形成标本兼治、具有互动效应的遏制系统，并对犯罪实行强有力的他律机制，才能使打击“飞抢”真见成效。
