Abstract:Objective To establish a method based on FT-IR,GC-MS,HRMS and NMR,so as to identify new psychoactive substance of Synthetic cannabinoids.Method The samples were detected by FT-IR,GC-MS,HRMS(solvent is methanol)and NMR(solvent is deuterated methanol).Results The characteristic ions(m/z)of the main components in the sample was 218(base peak),362、306、274、246、144、116 respectively by GC-MS.The accurate mass of protonated molecular ion([M+H]+)measureed by HRMS was 363.20774.The data analysis of FT-IR,GC-MS and HRMS showed that the unknown sample was a new synthetic cannabinoid psychoactive substance,4F-MDMBBICA.Conclusion The established method can be used to identify 4 F-MDMB-BICA in unknown samples.The method is fast,convenient,reliable and practical,which can provide reference for the detection and identification of cases involving such substances in the future.
