劳动者人身权的法律保障

摘    要:劳动者在工作中经常遭遇有失体面的尴尬。法律保护劳动者的人身自由权和人格尊严。劳动不仅使人的生存得到了保证,而且推动了人类社会的发展。法律限制用人单位的越权行为,保护照顾劳动者是其应尽的义务,即便是行使雇用权也须受法律的约束。

Abstract:It is frequent that employees feel embarrassed during their daily work.Law shall protect the freedom and personality of employees.The labor does not only ensure the existence of man but also promotes the development of society.For the above reasons,taking care of employees is an inherent duty of employers.In addition,employer cannot execute his employment power at discretion with the limits by law.
