Discussion on Democratic Political Construction and Method in the Higher Education

The higher education is the prior- developing strategic field in the process of our socialistic cause construction. The democratic administration in the university is not only the inner developing power, but the demand of the higher modem university. In a sense it demonstrated and influenced the social democratic po- litical construction. We should identify the value orientation in the process of constructing the democratic politi- cal administration in the university to function its own advantages and to achieve the goals of constructing the democratic politics. We should take the corresponding social mission in the process of promoting the socialistic culture and civilization.
