| 摘 要： | 项目经理部是施工企业最基层的生产组织，项目工会要想在其经营中发挥好自己的作用，就应明确自己的主要职责；注意提高项目工会干部的工作能力；积极探索行之有效的工作模式与活动方式；努力协调好与行政的关系；切实做好服务职工的工作；另还要注意实行维权与合作的有机结合。

| Abstract: | The director of project department is the most basic unit of the constructing enterprise. They must clarify the main responsibility when th improve the cadres＇working ability in the p ey are running the project trade union. They must pay attention to roject trade union. They must explore the effective working pattern and the way of activity and adjust the relations with administrators as well. They must serve the staff well. In the meanwhile, they must combine the right- safeguarding and cooperation well. |
