| Abstract: | To surpass the perceiving pattern of universalism is the necessity of reconstructing the political system of Chinese characteristic socialism. To surpass the universalism should begin with surpassing the liberal- ism value system and surpassing the universal value system. If we want to surpass the universal value system, we must analyze some problems like freedom, justice, democracy, equity, and the human right. |
