| 摘 要： | 在各国的行刑中,短期刑所显现出来的诸多弊端引起了人们的高度重视。用限制自由刑、缓刑、罚金刑、间歇监禁刑、缓诉制度替代短期自由刑,可以克服短期自由刑适用中出现的犯人恶习交叉感染,教育与矫治效果差等问题,从而真正实现刑罚的预防目的。

| Abstract: | Shortcomings of short_punishment have gradually got people's attention. Limiting freedom punishment, probation, fine punishment, intermittent imprisonment punishment, system of probationary suspension instead of short_freedom punishment, can overcome cross_infection of criminals' bad behaviors, improving education and rectification effects, thus truly realize the preventive aim of punishment. |
