Thoughts on Some Essential Problems Concerning the Estates by the Entirety

In the light of the data on the relationship of the estates by entirety concurrently owned by a married couple in the interior areas of mainland China,the author deals with the four essential factors:the level of the development of the production power,ownership,the function of family life as well as the traditional culture which have influence on the legislation on the estates by entirety.Simultaneously,the author also comes up with the idea that both the legal property and the stipulated property shall have the same legal position.
