| 摘 要： | 社会管理是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程，社会管理执行能力的强弱，直接关系到社会管理的成效。加强社会管理执行能力建设，必须强化八个方面的能力，那就是人口管理与服务能力，就业服务与管理能力，收入分配关系的调整能力，公共安全的管理能力，生态环境的管理能力，公民权益的维护能力，社会保障服务与管理能力，信息网络的管理能力。

| Abstract: | Social management is a difficult,complex and systematic engineering, social management executive ability is directly related to the social management results. To strengthen the construction of social management executive ability, eight abilities must be strengthened, that is, population management and service ability, employment service and management ability, the income distribution relations adjustment ability, public safety management ability, the ecological environment management ability, citizens rights and interests maintenance ability, social security service and management ability, and information network management ability. |
