| Abstract: | Breaking out of SAKS exposed the imperfect construction of the electronic governmental affairs in our country. In fact, there were a lot of profound questions in the construction of the electronic governmental affairs.Only reviewing these questions all-round, we can realize the innovation of the electronic governmental system,and advance the process of the reforms of the Chineseadministrative system. |
