| Abstract: | By analyzing of civil ethics and its main features,this article showed a fundamental principles of citizen ethics in dealing with self and others,and the dialectical relationship between civil ethics and realization of harmonious society.It also demonstrated that the realization of harmonious society was inseparable from the social systems of Justice and the spirit support of civil ethics. |
