| 摘 要： | 农村社会治安状况稳定与否是建设社会主义新农村，全面实现小康社会的关键所在。面对新的历史任务，公安机关和广大基层民警必须认真研究新农村建设过程中出现的各种新情况、新问题，正确分析当前新农村社会治安状况．积极探索新型农村社会治安防控模式，不断提高新农村社会治安管理工作的能力。

| Abstract: | A stable social order in the rural areas is the crux of the construction of new socialist countryside. Facing new historic task, public security organs and the police should seriously consider the new issues during the construction of new socialist countryside, accurately analyze the conditions of social security at the present, actively explore the social order mode and strengthen the administration of the social order in the new rural areas. |
