| 摘 要： | 中国银行业监管体制的改革已经取得了伟大的成就 ,但是我们不能否认它本身还存在着一些不完善之处 ,为了改革现行的银行业监管体制 ,国务院决定设立中国银行业监督管理委员会。设立脱离于中央银行的独立金融监管机构符合世界金融监管制度发展的趋势。

| Abstract: | The reform of Chinese banking business supervision system has achieved a lot,but we cannot deny some shortcomings in itself,To reform our current banking business supervision system,the State Counsel sets forth the plan of reforming Chinese banking business supervision system,that is People's Bank of China only retains the macro administration function relating to make and practice currency policy.The banking business supervision commission shall be established.the establishment of independent banking business supervision organization separating from the central bank fits into the development tendency of the worldwide financial supervision system. |
