| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼中的审前准备程序是开庭审理前的一个诉讼环节。是基于案件在当事人之间非经充分准备不进入法庭审理的构想，应当服从和服务于民事诉讼的最终目的。我国应从程序入手，重新构建司法替代性纠纷解决机制，使案件真正做到繁简分流，达到“精审判”的目的。
