提高公安院校教学管理者素质研究

提高公安院校教学管理人员素质，是保证教学工作效率、提高教学质量、增强公安院校竞争力的重要保障。但目前我国公安院校教学管理队伍中，还存在着诸如管理理念落后、业务素质不高、创新意识不强、相关的制度和机制不够健全等亟待解决的问题。为此，要通过树立科学的教学管理理念、提高教学管理者的业务能力、完善教学管理人员的管理制度等途径大力提高公安院校教学管理人员的素质。
