| 摘 要： | 我国在香港和澳门回归后,已从一个单一法制国家发展成为一个多元法制国家。多元法制局面的出现带来区际法律冲突问题,势必会对我国整体法制结构产生深远的影响,文章倡导重视对区际法律冲突问题或法律事务的研究和处理,并结合我国目前的形势特点,对我国的区际法律冲突的解决提出若干看法。

| Abstract: | This article approaches the phenomenon of plural legal system in China with the return of Hong Kong and Macao,points out that China has evolved a plural legal system country from aunitary legal system country.Author holds that the new situation of plural legal system will exert a tremendous influence to the whole structure of China's legal system,and will bringinter-region legal clash.Author also puts forward a proposal to pay attention to the researching and handl ing of inter-regional legal clash issues or affairs and according to the present situat ion of China,the author puts forward several opinions on the settlement of interregional conflict in China. |
