| 摘 要： | 本文全面分析了欧盟反倾销法及中国《反倾销条例》程序性规则的基本内容及特点 ,通过比较分析 ,论述了我国反倾销程序性立法的差距和不足。欧盟反倾销法程序性规则较为系统完备 ,我们应取其精华 ,完善我国的反倾销立法。

| Abstract: | The thesis roundly analyzes the basic content and characteristics of the procedural rules in E. U. Anti-dump Law and China's Anti-dump Regulations. By comparison, it tells the disparity and deficiency in China's anti-dump procedural legislation, and thinks that we can take some useful things from the relatively systematic E. U. Anti-dump Law to improve our anti-dump laws. |
