| 摘 要： | 由于我国公益诉讼体制尚未完全建立,现行法律规范在许多实体上和程序上的规定无法适应公益诉讼的需要,为公民提起公益诉讼设立了诸多障碍,其中尤以提起公益诉讼的相关费用问题更为突出。从我国当前诉讼费用的交纳办法和公益诉讼案件的特性入手,通过经济学和社会学视角的分析论证,在对外国有关公益诉讼费用的担负制度考量后可以看出,由国家财政支出公益诉讼费用,或者建立公益基金,再或者由行政机关为原告方提供支持是完善费用制度的良好途径。
