| 摘 要： | 监狱民警精神是民警队伍建设和监狱事业赖以生存和发展的灵魂和支柱。弘扬和培育新时期江苏监狱民警精神，有必要对该精神的内涵和监狱民警精神的概念、特点进行辨析．深刻把握监狱民警精神的功能，充分认识塑造监狱民警精神的重要性和必要性。同时，结合江苏监狱工作形势发展的实际，其对江苏监狱警察精神进行了提炼和内涵解读，对弘扬和培育民警精神的途径进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The guard＇s spirit is the soul and the pillar to construct the guard-team and the development and survival of prison. In the new period of carrying forward and cultivating the spirit of guard, it is necessary to analyze the connotation of spirit and the concept, characteristics of the guard＇s spirit, fully understand the functions of guard＇s spirit. Meanwhile, combined with the development of Jiangsu prison work, .the article analyzes the connotation of Jiangsu Guards＇ spirit, and illustrates a route to carry forward and cultivate the spirit. |
