| 摘 要： | 心理战是公安机关实施交通工具查控行动中的常用方法之一。心理战的应用效率在较大程度上影响着一些交通工具查控行动的效率。及时、灵活地掌握交通工具查控行动中战术心理战的应用方法，一旦发生利用交通工具的违法犯罪事件，警察就能迅速解决，能积极、主动、及时地依法予以适度控制，或予以必要的打击，这对提高打击违法犯罪力度，有效地处置突发事件具有突出的实战应用价值。

| Abstract: | Psychological warfare is one of the commonly used methods in vehicle inspection and control in police security units.The efficiency of psychological warfare affects to a great extent the efficiency of vehicle inspection and control.Therefore,the police should grasp the application methods of psychological tactics in vehicle inspection and control promptly and flexibly,so that the police can fix illegal activities related to vehicles quickly and can active timely in regulating or punishing those illegal activities by law.In this way,the police are able to fix crimes more forcefully,and handle group incidents effectively. |
