谈知识经济时代人才创新能力的培养

知识经济的发展依赖于知识的创新和应用，高素质人才是创新的根本。要迎接、适应知识经济和新世纪的到来，就要抓紧培养和造就一大批高素质人才。高素质人才培养的关键在于创新能力的培养。根据目前我国的现状，笔者以为应从三个方面进行创新能力的培养：一是强化发散思维，倡导求新求异；二是激发想象能力，养成思考习惯；三是塑造完美人格，优化行为特征。
