| 摘 要： | 受国际金融危机的冲击,我国经济的负面影响已经显现,并对企业职工权益和劳动关系带来重大影响。中国工会面对金融危机,必须依据中国工会自身的性质和特点,坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路,在服务大局、维护职工合法权益,推动企业发展、共渡难关中更好地发挥作用。

| Abstract: | The international financial crisis has a long term,negative impacts on the economy of our country and the labor relations.The trade union organizations must try to build socialist trade union with Chinese characteristics according to their natures in coping with the international financial crisis,moreover,they should play more important role in serving the overall situation,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promoting the development of an enterprise. |
