| 摘 要： | 开架制的功能作用与社会效果虽被认可，但是开架管理却给高校图书馆带来了一些困扰。文章提出要制定严格的开架管理规章制度；建立、健全“代书板”制度；严格实行色标管理；深化内部管理，提高馆员素质；加强对读者的教育和引导等。

| Abstract: | The function and social effects of open-shelf system is approved, but it has brought some problems to college library. This paper sets forth several ways to strengthen the open-shelf management in college library, such as to form ulate the strict rules and regulations, to establish and amplify "board substituted for books" system, to carry out seriously the color code management, to deepen the internal management, to improve the quality of the assistants, and also to strengthen the education to readers and lead them correctly. |
