| 摘 要： | 针对企业中推行职工代表大会制度存在的问题,从落实职代会职权、规范会议程序、提高审议效能、搞好大会提案、发挥职代会联席会议作用等方面入手,可以提高职代会质量,强化民主管理,从而推进企业民主管理,加强基层民主政治建设。

| Abstract: | In view of implementing the system of workers' congress,we should carry out authority of workers' congress,regular congress procedure,strengthen discussion efficiency,put forward congress resolution,bring play to workers' congress role of joint conferences,improve quality of workers' congress,intensify democratic management measures in order to push the construction of democratic politics at the grass roots. |
