法律缺陷对弱势群体犯罪的影响

近年来弱势群体犯罪率不断攀升,引起了社会各界的高度关注,因此发现弱势群体犯罪的原因成为国家的当务之急。本文立题于现行法律中存在的缺陷,从弱势群体的法律概念入手,以法律理论、法律制度、法律实施为轴,以社会对弱势群体的关注、平等对待、扶植的缺乏为线,着重分析法律缺陷对弱势群体犯罪的影响。

The influence of the legal defect to the crime of disadvantage groups

The soaring rate of crime committing by disadvantaged groups in recent years have aroused great concern from all walks of life which makes it the priority of the country to find the reasons of this kind of crime. From the defect in the current law and the concept of the disadvantaged groups, the article analyzes the defective impact on crime of disadvantaged groups of the law focused on the legal theory, legal system and the application of law, and the shortage of consideration,equality and help to the disadvantaged groups in our society.
