| 摘 要： | 文章从放火案件与爆炸火灾现场的特点入手,从进入现场的时间、现场的保护、对待尸体的态度等五个方面对两种案件在现场勘查中的相同点进行了论述,同时又从现场勘查的重点、勘查的范围、烟熏痕迹在两种案件现场的作用等四个方面对其不同点进行了分析,以期能够对侦查人员在现场勘查中有所帮助,全面提升放火案件和爆炸火灾案件现场勘查水平. |
