中国商业伦理建设的现状与困境探索

该文通过对中国统计年鉴及中国企业家调查系统（CESS）近几年的调查数据进行归纳分析，探究了中国商业伦理建设的现状与困境。研究发现中国大部分企业存在伦理缺失问题，在此基础上进一步分析了中国普及商业伦理的困境，并给出相应的对策建议，以期企业经营者能够实际采纳，在经营活动的整个周期中融入商业伦理思想，获得核心竞争力。

Exploration of the Current Situations and problems on Business Ethics Construction in China

Based on the data collected by China Statistical Yearbook and China Entrepreneur Survey System （CESS） in recent years, this paper looks into the ethical status and dilemmas under business ethics construction. It is concluded that the ethics deficiency exists in numerous enterprises in China. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the difficulty in the popularization of business ethics and provides some corresponding proposals in the hope that entrepreneurs can adopt theses proposals and infuse the business ethics concept in the course of the business cycle to gain enterprise＇s core competitiveness.
