试论高校教师教学质量学生评价的必要性

教学质量的评价和检测 ,理论上说应该通过检测受教育者的学习质量来完成。但高等学校开展学生评价教师教学质量是很现实的方法。其必要性 :1 学生评价比教师本人、同行、领导的评价误差几率要低 ;2 体现了学生是教学活动的主体 ;3 有助于教师改进教学过程 ,提高教学质量……等。对策 :1 评价教师教学质量的学生数量要充分 ;2 运用标准化程序管理学生评价 ;3 合理、谨慎运用评价结果 ;4 培养学生参与教学评价的兴趣和评价能力。

On How Necessary for Students to Evaluate the Teachers in Colleges

Theoretically,How well the education is operated should be evaluated and tested by investigating how well the trainee learned. As a result,it is a practical and necessary way for students to evaluate teachers in colleges. The necessities embraces the following: the error rate of students is lower than that of colleagues and heads;students are the subject of teaching and studying;the activities are helpful for teachers to reform teaching process and improve the quality. Some response to its problems are concluded: enough students;analyzing the evaluation by standard program;making use of the results carefully;educating students to be involved in the activities.
