| 摘 要： | 流氓恶势力是当前严打整治的重点,但刑法及刑事立法没有相应的规定予以支撑;流氓恶势力案件千姿百态,难以用统一的标准来衡量,因而在适用法律上,难以对恶势力犯罪分子体现应有的从重处罚。分析、研究流氓恶势力犯罪的特点,有针对性地制订相应打击、预防的治理对策,是当务之急。
