| 摘 要： | 在深化国企改革的过程中 ,工会面临诸多困惑和问题 ,有的企业国有资产流失严重 ,重大决策不经职代会 ;有的地方和企业把工会合并至党群工作部 ,弱化了工会的地位和作用。针对诸多困惑加强对策研究 ,意义深远。
