| 摘 要： | 公司承担一定的社会责任是大势所趋,是社会现实不断发展,法学理论和经济学理论不断进步的体现。公司社会责任的合理依据在于:公司的历史发展过程说明它天然地负有服务国家和社会的责任;公司自身规模不断扩大的结果;私法公法化,个人本位向社会本位转换的体现;公司自身健康发展的需要。

| Abstract: | A general trend of corporate social responsibility reflects the continuous development of social realities and advancement of legal and economics theory.Reasonable basis to eorportate social responsibility lies on the following aspects: companies with responsibilities to the state and society;the results of company expansion;the change of individual-based to society-based concept;the needs of sound development of the companies. |
