| Abstract: | Under the new situation,Chinese leading cadres should constantly improve their ability of processing information to meet the requirement of Chinese informationization.It becomes an urgent task for the leading cadres to take part in the training of informational skills and techniques.In order to increase their ideological consciousness and spiritual level,they should take the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as guideline to thoroughly carry out the spirit of CPC's 17th national congress,make full use of internet to keep on a lifetime study. |
