| 摘 要： | 工会工作要从以人为本和科学发展观出发,以建立和谐医院和构建和谐医患关系为工作重点,积极开展弘扬高尚医德活动,努力营造先进医院文化,深入推进基层政治民主建设和凝聚力工程建设,推进职工素质工程建设,不断增强职工共建和谐的热情和活力,在构建和谐医患关系的工作中发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | Trade union's work should start with the concept of scientific development and with the key point of building up harmonious hospitals and relations between doctors and patients.Trade unions of hospitals should develop campaigns of carrying forward the noble medical ethics,make efforts to construct advanced hospital culture,enhance the construction of grass roots political democracy and cohesion,strengthen the construction of quality of workers and staff,and boost up passion and energy of workers and staff in building up harmonious hospital. |
