| 摘 要： | 为解决“三农”问题，中国共产党在社会主义革命、建设和改革时期进行了长期的探索。在中共宁夏省委和甘肃省委的领导下，宁夏地区从1950年到1956年胜利完成了农业社会主义改造。回顾总结宁夏农业社会主义改造历史经验，对建设社会主义新农村有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The CPC has been making long-time exploration during the period of socialist revolution, construction and reform in the purpose of the solution to the problem of ＇ agriculture, rural areas and peasants＇. With the leadership of the CPC Ningxia provincial committee and Gansu provincial committee, socialist agriculture of Ningxia＇ s agriculture has been successfully completed from 1950to 1956. It is of practical significance for the construction of new countryside of socialism to review and summarize the historical experiences of its socialist transformation. |
