| 摘 要： | 对 2例突然死亡的山羊病料进行细菌分离培养 ,再应用多重PCR方法对可疑菌进行鉴定和基因分型 ,结合流行病学、临床症状、病理变化 ,诊断为由A型产气荚膜梭菌引起的山羊猝死症 ,通过毒素中和试验加以验证 ,两者结果相一致 ,说明多重PCR方法可以用于动物猝死症的快速诊断

| Abstract: | In order to diagnose suddenly died goats of two farms , pathogen isolation was applied with culture method and mul tiple PCR was developed to identify and genotype isolated bateria strains.Based on the epidemiology,clinical signs,gross and microscopic lesions, it was concluded that Clostridium perfringen type A was the causative agent. The results were confirmed with toxin neutralization test of small intestinal contents. It suggested that multiple PCR is a rapid method to diagnose goat sudden death syndrom. |
