我国部分地区禽波氏杆菌病的血清学调查

对广西、河南、山东3省份17个鸡场的746份血清样品进行了禽波氏杆菌(Bordetellaavium)病的血清学调查。结果表明,该病在我国部分地区普遍存在,70日龄以下商品代和父母代肉鸡血清样品的禽波氏杆菌抗体阳性率较低(平均5.96%);70日龄以上肉种鸡血清样品的阳性检出率较高(平均50.00%),其中广西鸡场的阳性检出率为26.32%(65/247),河南鸡场的阳性检出率为76.76%(109/142),山东鸡场的阳性检出率为87.27%(48/55)。回归分析表明,禽波氏杆菌抗体阳性率与日龄呈显著正相关(r=0.928)。

Serological investigation of Bordetella avium infection in parts of China

A serological test was carried out with 746 samples collected from 17 poultry farms in (Guangxi),Henan and Shandong provinces, and Bordetella avium infection rate on the poultry farms was calculated. Results showed that the B.avium infection has been widely existing in China, that the B.avium infection rate in 70-day-old chickens, which was 26.32%(65/247) in Guangxi Province, 76.76%((109/142)) in Henan Province and 87.27%(48/55) in Shandong Province respectively, was higher than that in less than 70-day-old chickens and that the average B.avium infection rate of the total samples was (32.17%)(240/746). The mentioned-above results suggested that the B.avium infection should be (controlled) within recent years in the parts of China.
