| 摘 要： | 并购是国有企业应对加入WTO后的挑战和把握机遇的一个有效手段。针对目前企业并购中存在的问题 ,应采取一些有效的改进措施 ,如明晰企业产权 ,规范政府行为 ,发展中介机构 ,健全政策法规体系等。

| Abstract: | M&A is an effective means of the State-owned enterprise dealing with the opportunities and challenges the country may face after accession to the WTO.To tackle the problems with M&A,such effective improvements need to be brought about as making clear the property rights of the enterprise, standardizing the behaviour of the government,developing the intermediary organizations and improving the systems of policies, Laws and regulations. |
