In the Li Dazhao＇s thoughts researches, one of the most significant parts is the research on his legal thoughts. His thoughts and activities are colorful and profound. Li Dazhao is one of few Marxist jurist of our party in early period. He did some researches on jurisprudence, constitution, criminal law, administrative law, economic law,international law systematically. He proposed ＂governing a country by the constitution＂ and the idea of building a legal society is distinctive era foresight and historical predictability,which still inspires and directs us today.
