| 摘 要： | 不良行政执法现象,损害了政府信用,威胁到了社会稳定。为治理社会,行政法律应逐步完善,行政执法的程序性规则也应配套。建立健全行政执法的公开性和持恒性,规范行政执法秩序,对重建社会信心、维护社会稳定大有裨益。

| Abstract: | The phenomena of deficient administrative enforcement are doing harm to the government credit and social stability.Therefore,to establish and perfect the openness and permanence of the administrative enforcement by law,and standardize the order of the administrative law enforcement,which will do good to reestablishing the social credit and maintain the social stable. |
