2009年印度对华贸易救济新态势及中国的对策

2009年以来，印度对华贸易救济出现了一些新变化，引发中国政府乃至世界的关注。本文选取最新数据资料，通过统计分析，从反倾销、反补贴和保障措施和特保三个方面分析了2009年以来印度对华贸易救济措施的实施情况，通过分析归纳出该时期印度对华贸易救济显示出的新特征，最后以上述研究为基础，针对性地提出中国应对当前印度贸易救济措施新对策。

The New Situation of the India's Trade Relief to China and the Chinese Countermeasures

Since 2009,India's trade relief takes on some new changes which attract the attention of Chinese government and even the world. This article,with the quotation of the latest data gives a statistic analysis to India's trade remedies during the first half of 2009 from the aspects of antidumping,anti-subsidy and safeguard measures. Upon the analysis,we find the new features of India's trade remedies to China in the 2009,and give some advices to China,specially to the Chinese companies.
