| 摘 要： | 现行司法鉴定体制已经在一定程度上妨碍了司法公正。必须通过立法手段,建立更加科学、合理的鉴定机构和鉴定人员的管理体制,设计司法鉴定所必须遵守的程序,使当事人的合法利益在司法鉴定活动中得到充分保障,从而最大限度地实现司法公正。
